1. Drain the air system.

2. Disconnect heater wiring.

3. Mark the lines for later reference and disconnect from air dryer.

4. Remove the lock nuts, washers, and capscrews that attach the air dryer to the vehicle.

1. Position the air dryer. Install the cap-screws, washers, and lock nuts. Tighten to 37 ft. lbs.

2. Inspect lines and fittings. Replace any that are damaged.

3. Connect all air lines. Taking care to match marked line with appropriate port.

4. Connect the heater wiring.
