SKF VSM to display at Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week show

Elgin, IL – SKF VSM (Vehicle Service Market) will display at the Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week show (Booth 203) from February 16 through February 19.  The HDAW show will be held at the Rosen Centre Hotel & Resort and Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.

SKF will showcase its complete line of heavy duty aftermarket products, including its Scotseal PlusXL wheel seal, tapered bearings, Brakemaster air dryers and the Rebuild kit for PreSet.

Recently named one of the top-50 products of 2008 by Heavy Duty Trucking magazine, the Rebuild kit for PreSet contains everything needed for wheel end servicing, including two specific, tighter toleranced SKF tapered bearing sets, an SKF Scotseal PlusXL wheel seal, an SKF TF hubcap (if applicable), and a precision machined PreSet bearing spacer.

In addition, all rebuild kit for PreSet components are manufactured to SKF’s and ConMet’s strict specifications. There is only one procedure regardless of axle type when using the rebuild kit for PreSet. This eliminates potential failures due to errors as well as the need for complicated torquing and the use of a dial indicator.
